As
a member of IKEF you will be assigned to the Klingon Academy until
you have graduated. As a Cadet, how well you do in your Cadet Exam
will determine the rank you gain from Academy. As always, how well
you do depends on you. Promotions are not automatic. You cannot sit
back, do nothing and expect to be promoted. But be warned - the
higher the rank - the greater the responsibility, but most of all -
have fun while you do it!
Some
IKEF units operate a promotion points system, where promotions are
gained by being involved in activities which, while furthering the
wellbeing of the unit, also gain you points. A set number of points
must be achieved for you to gain your next promotion. Once promoted,
your promotion points are reset to 0, so you can start all over again.
